The best gifts are the gifts that mean something. Any idiot can go to a store a pick a great gift with no real meaning behind it.
Perhaps something that relates back to an intimate moment. Say if you two have a favourite poem, you could buy a book that has that poem in it?
Or if you can't think of something to connect the gift to, sent is also a good one. Most guys don't know the first thing about sent. If you've a little money to spread around try a bottle of Hugo Boss or Dolce and Gabbana. That way he gets something and you boyf will smell really nice the next time you kiss him.

The best gift you can get a guy without spending too much is an XM Radio. I got an XM Radio (from an ex) girlfriend, and it is the best gift I ever got. It has sports, music, talk radio, sports, comedy, sports, and sports. Greatest gift I have ever gotten...a true gift that keeps giving (and taking, since you have to pay for the subscription) but still one of the greatest gifts ever!
