Hmmmm well I like any kind of snack that isn't really high in fat because it is midnight and your body can't burn any of the fat off when you are sleeping. Does that answer your question?

Definetly not the fourth meal offered now by taco bell, thats nasty buritos at 1 in the morning.
I normally have a glass of water and a piece of bread, if i wake up. If i stay up, sour patch kids :-)

A pear and/or a peach.....
Stay away from citrus-orange, grapefruit after supper.....You would be better to go to bed hungry, than to have anything that will be needed to be fully digested. It will cause you to not sleep.
