Bhanu ......i think u have a bad experience as a girl (if u r a girl)........but i would like to add that it was in the minds of those greedy persons who thought boy as a money making device in the last few centuries,,,,,,,,,,,,but now the time has changed......girls are more intelligent & capable than boys ..no doubt.............i wish i have a baby girl in future

Its all because they think about their future.. A baby girl will enjoy only till the age of 12-13 without any problems.. Then they suffer from MC, labour pains during pregnancy etc.. So, they dont want their child to suffer from all that. If its a boy...Lots of joy all the life.. Right?

daddy's little girl and mama's boy. Daughters tend to love their fathers ridiculously but not their mother so much (mainly as a teenager). and Son tend to be really close to their mother. For example let a mother abandon her son, he will defend her name regardless and love her anyways and want her back but with his father he will say F*** him same with daughter (sometimes it different but a majority of the time that's the case) my mom had all girls her and i have a rock relationship my dad and I are est Friends. I personally only want 1 girl so hat my husband could have daddy's little girl then I want all boys.

i dont really think most women think that. i think if anything, it would be the other way around. but one think i know, is that after the baby is born, it seems the baby, whether it be boy or girl, is as perfect as can be.

It's a dangerous world we live in especially for females. Far more rapes happen to girls & women than males. Men usually make more money than women. Mothers will worry their daughters becoming pregnant & not married. Mothers will worry about their daughters being date raped or beat up by a boyfriend.

I don't think you have your statistics right. Most mothers want a healthy baby. Most fathers want a boy.

I have one of each my son being the oldest and the anwser to your question is because when they are young boy's are mamas boys... However a son is a son untill he takes a wife and a daughter is a daughter all her life... i know old dumb saying but it seems to be true alot

I just wanted a healthy baby. It didnt really matter to me. Now I have 2 of each.

I'D RATHER HAVE A GIRL THAN A BOY BUT MOST WOMEN WANT BOYS BECAUSE GIRLS ARE DIFFICULT,EXPENSIVE,PICKY, ETC. MUST I GO ON!
