The same thing happened to me in my current relationship. We used to go to the same church and school, but his girlfriend went to another school. Whenever we would see each other it would just be eye contact and a little conversation. But eventually it turned into something more. It was because she broke his heart. My advice to you is to be patient. I mean you can still seek out other relationships, but if its meant to be then the chance for you to be with him will come around.

Just because he looks at you doesn't mean that he likes you. If he loves someone else then get over him and move on.
