you need to read the news papers like Times of India and also try to speak in English as far as possible.Donot hesitate you may commit some mistakes in the begining but to bring perfection mistakes are bound to happen.

You can get cd's with tutorials and pronunciations online. Try amazon.com or ebay.com. Your English doesn't look too bad.

pronunciaton comes only with practice.get some cd's if possible attend some classes nearby and get trained.
