What made you change?

I wanna know... why do you know believe? Obviously something had to change in your life. I hate it when people are like "I saw the way of God" and all of that. How did your life "lead you to God"? This is very sad. You shouldn't change your beliefs.

yes I was there too. I just recently became a believer. I always thought that there was a God I just wasn't raised in church and wasn't really taught about Him. The Bible says that in the last days Gods word will be preached to all nations. So yes I do think the world is waking up because the end is coming soon and people are starting to sense it I think. Many preachers have said that 2006 is the year of The Glory and in the end days Gods Glory will be poured out upon everyone. I don't know about you but there has been lots of Glory on my life already and I haven't been saved long. I'm not saying that He's coming back this year but it is definetly in the next few years.

The bigger question to ask is what made you change your mind? Was your mind changed out of fear or because others tell you that you should believe? Or...was your mind changed because you took the time to explore and know not only that you believe in God but that you know why you believe?

I don't actually think that that whole world has been asleep. What I think is that the whole world entertains millions of folks who each find God in their own way. Call the religion what ever you wish to call it-God is God. And for those, who in this life who do not, cannot or will not believe-it may simply be their place in life to question. It's not a matter of being asleep. It's a matter of being awake enough to know what you are looking for to begin with.

For a long time I believed about God, but then a few years ago, I finally started believing in Him. I just recently realized the difference. It means a lot. It's sad to see so many people making fun of faith. We can only pray that God will turn their hearts.

I was a king among sinners just a short 13 months ago.
Thursday I am leaving for Brazil to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. What an awesome change Christ has made in my life.
Please feel free to read my testimony at my website.

from there you can drop me an e-mail to let me know what you think. This is a Christian site and has NO banners or adds. It is just for the glory of God.

I was a nonbeliever until last year, and I also thought that Christians were "stupid." Now though, I understand why I had that feeling toward Christians, the reason is in the Bible:

Luke 21:17 - "All men will hate you because of me."

I was raised Catholic, left Catholicism and religion at 16, at about 19, I started studying wicca, then I studied Buddhism and dabbled in aspects of a lot of different religions... there was stuff I liked in all of them but it was about 3 years ago (at 27) that became a follower of Jesus.

I have no idea how many have come to believe, but it's not a new phenomenon. The process has been going on for centuries. Wish you well!
