Yeah, okay, but if we are going to argue that, I would lean toward saying that it would be the only amendment restricting freedom, not granting it. The only amendment to restrict freedom is number 18, which any person who has read the Bill of Rights knows was repealed shortly thereafter. The Constitution is not made to tell us what we can't do, only what we can.

Boy you can tell that you have never read the Constitution. The constitution does not say that all Men are created equal.
Abraham Lincoln used that par-phrase in the Gettysburg Address " Dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal" That was his (Lincoln) ideology.

Well actually... the phrase "We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal" is in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.
