Right now, this instant. Worship is not only limited to going to church; it is feeding the poor, giving charity, greeting your brother with a smile, and planning to make a positive impact in the world, amongst other things. Remember, there shall be a day which you will not complete--today could be that day! Strive in a way which is pleasing to God before it is too late!

Everyday. Saturday/Sunday is the day of rest to worship -- sort of like a last ditch effort to give what is due God; a mimic of creation for the day of rest.
Does it make a difference it it's Saturday or Sunday?

It became Sunday (for Christians) when Constantine incorporated Christianity into his empire. Sunday was the holy day for Sol Invictus, ergo, Sunday became the holy day for Christianity.
Traditionally (prior to Constantine) it was Saturday. Mark:16:1
"After the Sabbath was over, Mary... brought spices to anoint the body of Jesus."
In the Jewish Tradition, the Sabbath begins Friday @ sun down and lasts until Saturday sun down- Jesus was buried the day before the Sabbath, and rose the day of.
*assuming the God you're referring to is the Judeo-Christian

We have been discussing this in my bible study group. It doesn't seem to say a day. Christ was often persecuted for healing on the Sabbath, though. This is a difficult question. Truely we should worship God everyday.

God spent 40 years teaching Israel which day the Sabbath was on when He was leading them out of Egypt. He rained manna on each day BUT the Sabbath. In Exodus 31 verse 13 God says that His Sabbaths are a sign between Him and His people. He says that the sign between us is in our hand and our forehead. The "mark of the beast" is in the hand and forehead. The difference between these two marks is the day we observe worship of Him. Sabbath is the "sign" of God's people. Sunday is the "mark of the beast".

You can worship God anytime you want to. I believe that it is Sunday because in Genesis it says that on the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth day God created the earth, water, trees, etc. and on the 7th day he rested. Our seventh day is Sunday.

for Christians, it is Sunday. but actually, for me, worship is more on how we live our lives that makes it pleasing to God rather than going to the church on Sundays to attend service. that makes more sense to me to call it worshipping God through your lifestyle and attitude.

We are to worship the Lord every day. We meet together one day per week to worship, but we are to still worship each and every day.
