How can I fix my windows screensaver?

I do have it set in the control panel

Go to the desktop screen and right click and go down to properties click the tab over to screen saver and adjust the settings check ya later ♥

first right click on desktop . then go to properties ,click on screen saver , then select your screen saver and click apply
