Because the wonderful world of TV and movies have messed up a lot of girls minds as far as what is valuable in a man and what is not.
Most are now looking for material gain (is his ride pimped, his he fly, what kind of shoes is he wearing etc. on the shallow $hit)
instead of look at what really matters.

And when you do meet a chic and if she judges you on anything other than you and your personality move on from that skeezer cause that's trouble.
At lot of people settle for a person that is beneath them cause they lonely.

you aren't looking in the right places. i will tell you something and i don't know if you are anti it or anything like that, but LDS girls all of the truly active ones and highly religious girls from other religions are the good girls. the ones that have values. I'm not saying that they are the only ones but those are the ones to look for. they dress appropriately, they save their purest gift for their husband. but you may want a girl that begs you every night for sex, but those girls aren't in my eye the great girls, yes their decent, but not great and what guy doesn't want the best top of the line girl that they can have? why settle for a girl that practically gives her self to every guy she passes on the street?

well, girls are the more personal sex. so they tend to be like the friends they hang around. They imitate even their frens worst habits and fail to look within themselves to see the imperfections.
Girls with low self esteem only look to do wat SEEMS right. they end up throwing themselves in the wrong direction.
There are too many gal cliques who don't even look around sometimes to notice whats going on around them!
so they get caught up and bring themselves "under the influence"
which leads to an entire pack of indecent (and stupid) actions

why is it so hard? their are lots of desent girls in the world...try getting out more and meet new people and you will see how much desent girls their are!
