oh...my gods. before you turn 16 i'd reccomend learning how to spell....
but as for hair i would put it up in a bun, with spiral curls down the side but it depends on your specifics (hair type, face shape, etc) on what would look best. maybe for your sweet sixteen you can ask your mom to get you a makeover, then a professional will tell you what makeup and hair styles look best on your skintone/hair type.
