talk to him on the phone first, make sure he is not some weirdo. If you decide to meet him, make sure it is at a public place and bring a friend with you. Good luck. I met my husband online and we have been together for 3 years and have a 18 month old daughter.

Be careful if you haven't met in person. Talk on the phone, meet soon in a public place... get to know each other. Online dating leaves a lot of questions that can go unanswered for long periods of time. I met a nice girl online and we talked for months on the internet and on the phone. Turned out that she wasn't anything at all that she said she was. She was a psycho!!!!

Well have you guys ever talked about seeing each other or anything? Ive meet people offline befor, but u gotta watch. If uve seen pics and cam and stuff like that then i mean nothing wrong with that just gotta watch and dont ever go anywhere by yourself have someone with you and go and meet in a public place. Thats what i did and i felt much better. So if ya think its time to meet then go for it just becarful!

How long is awhile? If u should meet with him make sure u meet with him in a public place and also have friends with u sitting near by( without him knowing) that way if it doesn't go well u will have them there and also u can give each other signs or codes if it's going downhill or ok
