yo! there is no actual scientific proof that sugar causes hyperactivity in people.you are probably just hyped up about something coming up or something.about the hot tea,i don't know. ~~11yearoldhorseguru~~

as long as you don't put any sugar in your tea you should be all right but tea does have caffeine in it so if your easily effected by caffeine then it could make you even more hyper

Try Chamolimile..it has caiming agents..oh and make sure the tea is decaffienated.

it the tea contains caffeine (which most teas do) it will definately make it worse. otherwise no effect

Get rid of the hyperness by drinking water and lying down on the couch, closing your eyes and saying, "Hmmmm...."
