Both the father and the mother. Both are aware of ways to protect yourselves from getting pregnant and are fully capable of preventing it, so both should be held responsible for bringing him/her into the world. Both should also love the baby because it is theirs and try to make the baby feel as much love as possible from both of their parents.

The Teens Parents

Of course the teens involved are, but also the parents, unless the child is emancipated, they are responsible for the childs actions, just as if they went out and broke a neighbors window with a stone, the parent is responsible, so when the go and make a baby, the parent is still responsible.

From what I have seen it is real both the teen mom and the grandparents one because the teen mother isn't old enough to do some of the this the child will need. For example have a place in their name.

The teens' parents or guardians, in most cases (I think.). If they were raised right, the girls and boys wouldn't be out having sex. If they were supervised properly by their parents, they wouldn't be out having sex. If the parents paid close attention to the types of friends they had, they wouldn't be out having sex. For the parents who think it's OK for their teenagers to have sex (I don't know any personally, but I'm sure there are some parents like that out there.), they should have made sure their son or daughter was using effective birth control.

well the parents of the teenager are responsible for the teen, and the teen is responsible for their own child so when it comes down to it the parents of the teen are responsible for both!! which is stupid because most parents cant stop their teens from doing sh*t!!!!!

Esentially, it is the teen themselves. They are making the decision that they should have unprotected sex. In any case, sex, whether using birth control or not, can result in pregnancy PERIOD. So you can say the parents are not paying enough attention, whatever the excuse might be, the kid is the one that does it.
In today's world, we all learn about sex in school. Most kids, unless living in a bubble have access to the information on it.
If you get pregnant, it is based on decisions you make yourself and no one else with the exception of a rape.
