There's no need to fret, you're way too young to be that worried about your weight, things fluctuate like that. Just don't skip breakfast, eat healthy and get lots of exercise to build muscle. That's always better than fat. If you are truly concerned, consult a doctor or a parent.

Please if you are eating right , don't worry about it you'll probably gain weight as you get older and then wish you could get rid of it, just enjoy it while it lasts. I was 5ft 9 inches tall and weighed 110 pounds when I graduated from high school at 17 years of age. During my 4 year stint in the U.S. Navy I gained up to 177 pounds then kept that weight for years but now am back down to 158 and that's where I intend to stay.

I've known full grown women to be just under 5' tall and just under 100 lbs. As long as your doctor is not worried, you shouldn't either. Trust me, you'll gain plenty of weight you don't want after you turn 30.
And if you end up being petite, don't worry about that either. Guys dig little women, but at 12 you've got another 16 years or so before you should be concerned about that.

If you are really active, this may be the reason for your trim figure. Our metabolisms slow as we age, so as long as you are eating balanced meals, you'll be setting yourself up for a healthy future when you get older. You'll grow into your body, so don't worry, but having healthy habits will ensure you don't get fat later. If you are really concerned about gaining weight now, add a health shake to your meal. Just ensure you eat balanced meals the rest of the day.

You're 12. You're still growing. Don't starve yourself (ever, please), don't eat a lot of junk, and stay active (which I'm sure you are if you only weight that much).
Don't worry. Just live healthy and you're on the best track.

Talk to your parents about how you feel about yourself and go to your primary doctor to what sort of nutrition you need in your diet perhaps even vitamin supplements.
