How does God speak to YOU ?

That question can only be answered by each individual. Some say He speaks in tongues, others say they hear His voice. I have never heard His voice and I don't speak in tongues, but He speaks to me through my own conscience. I believe that's how he speaks to most of us. God will always lead you in the right direction if you just let Him and listen to what He helps you tell yourself is right.

When I am silent and listen I can hear the words of God speak to me sometimes. Other times just through reading his word, talking to others. Sometimes I can pray and then something will happen, maybe not that day but when it does I feel that it is God speaking to me-Jesus. The angels watch over us every night, and when I get up the next morning, Jesus has already spoken for me and to me--arise, -------------and carry the word with you. Every time I wake up and can stand, hear, and eye, talk----------think----------I know that God has already spoken for this day I have a chance to do something positive.

People may wonder why, if God exists, He doesn’t wave a magic wand and fix things, making or at least influencing everyone so that they do exactly what they ‘should’ do. But God never takes away anyone’s freedom of choice. God’s wisdom is to recognize and respect each soul’s individual identity, freedom and inherent goodness. God shares knowledge – a profound understanding of the dualities and dilemmas of love and hatred, happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat, etc. – but He does not make our choices for us. The soul is free to choose ‘to be or not to be’, ‘to love or not to love’. God’s love strengthens the soul’s will to free itself from the distresses caused by vices such as selfish desire, anger, fear, ego and attachment. God’s power helps the soul to recognize its highest potential and to aim for perfection by practising the art of simple living and high thinking. Such practice by a significant number of souls eventually brings about positive change in the whole of humanity

When you learn to tune your mind in meditation to the mind of God, then whatever the situation, you always have a source of help and strength to draw upon – an infinite reservoir of power and virtues that is only a thought away

God speaks to me through children. When I look at children I see God and hear him when they speak. Children believe without knowing, which is something adults have such a problem with. Children believe because the bible tells them so and you can't convince them otherwise. It's so perfectly simple, which is why Jesus loved children so much. I'm not talking about Michael Jackson love for children, but real love. Because children believe without seeing, not like Thomas.

Well god always says to me. I really wish people who just figure things out for themselves instead of always asking me for help. And sometimes he regrets making mankind his chosen creatin. His life would be a lot easier if he chose the cow because all they do is chew grass. Then he could take a nap with out all the voices. If he would have known how much of a hassle man was going to be he would have taken more than a day of rest.

With his Holy Spirit. He reminds me each every day of his closeness and how I shouldn't forget him or be led astray by things that aren't right. It's strange but when I let things get to me and feel angry or mad at the world, all these bad little things start happening to me all of sudden and I think it's God's reminder to me that it could be worse and I should be more thankful for the things I have in my life.

He speaks to me through other people, and the music I listen to. Sometimes I've even gotten messages through a tv show I'm watching, or something I see when I'm driving.

I think He speaks to me through the Bible. Often just the right verse will come to my attention. Here is one for you:

Mat 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

I go on a vision quest. I huff lacquer for 30 minutes and he speaks to me through my dog and cat. They teach me about the bibles edited books.
