lmao a tootsie pop question i miss that ole owl , well anyway unless someone actucally sits there and licks the tootsie pop we will never know because most of us will suck on the tootsie pop and bite into it right before we hit the center , but as the ole owl would do during the comercial is one lick 2 licks 3 licks chomp but ill stick with the above answer

Each one is different because each lollipop is made thicker than others or thinner than others. And also the sides aren't equal either. It depends on the one you get. Like take two and hold them next to each other. They should be different in size (maybe slightly but it is different).
