time.

I know it sounds flippant, but it is the truth. Let the pain of the break fade a little before you attempt to build it again. Spirits are very resilient, and while you may be feeling lost, cast out, or broken now, it WILL get better, I promise. Once the hurt starts to fade, spend some time evaluating what you are looking for spiritually. Meditate on it, and dont rush to any answer. Your heart will know when it is ready to help your spirit reconnect with a greater meaning.

There is nothing like broken spirit. So where does the healing come from? Spirit can be either low or high but can't be broken. All you have to do is look deeply inside you when the spirit is low.

I I think that a broken spirit is one that has found reality not to be what it thought it was. One who has a broken spirit must find what the truth is... about yourself, and the world in general... face that truth, embrace that truth... and love that truth as yourself, with flaws and with beauty. The only way to heal a broken spirit is to accept and love yourself (truthfully) and go forward in the new truth that has been found.

A human being is incapable of performing such an act, only God is able to heal the broken hearted. I recommend keeping in touch with God on a regular basis, talk to Him, tell Him how you feel, draw near to Him. You can tell Him anything, remember, He already knows anyways! I also recommend that you get into the Word on a daily basis, as this will aid you in getting to know God better. If you make this a regular habit, there will be times in which something you read will truly impact you, perhaps even change your life! It is also important to talk with believers on a regular basis, tell them all that you feel comfortable with sharing. If you feel comfortable, seek an accountability partner. This person will contact you on a regular basis to see how you are doing in your area of struggling. Choose someone that you feel you can trust. Number One: Let God into your heart, pray about it, meditate on it, and He will change you in a matter of time! If you need someone to talk to, feel free to contact me! God bless, remember, Jesus loves you no matter what!

if you have a broken spirit... a contrite heart... fall on Jesus... he will catch you and lift you up... he heals the broken spirits. God knows I've been broken enough and set right by his hand.
