Does it have any health benefits? And if it doesn't is it at least better to drink than soda?

First off, Im assuming you are talking about straight iced tea without added sugar.
Well for one, tea isnt loaded with sugar like sodas are, so thats a plus.
Also tea is supposed to have antioxidants which is beneficial to your health.

If it's the sugar-free kind it'd be better than soda, otherwise I doubt it'd be much better. The full sugar kind is probably almost as bad as soda. Although tea is good for you. The sugar would just negate any positive effects.

Drinking Iced Tea will Dehydrate you faster, I was told by the Doctor. That it makes you tee,tee twice as much as you take in.
Therefore causing Dehydration.

I am talking about ice tea unsweetened and I put stevia in it next to diet soda. the diet soda I drink is
diet rite cola. made by rc cola. It does not even have any caffeine or sodium in it.

it has antioxidents it has to be better to drink since soda is probably the worst thing you can drink

no, it is packed with sugar and additives. buy a jar and make your own tea in the sun from herbs and tea and stuff, with water of course

YES-IT'S MUCH BETTER. NOT NEARLY THE SUGARS-NO SALT AND MUCH LESS CAFFEINE.
