how do i tell the girl that i LOVE her?

she knows that i really really like her, and she seemed ok with it
we talk about everything
we've complimented each other back and forth for hours
we're not dating though
shes too busy to date (actually shes not lying)

how do i tell her that i love her ?
or should i wait a while until we start dating ..... then eventually ?

alright here is how it'll go:

you: "hey (whatever her name is), we gotta talk." (she'll be a retard not to talk to you)

her: ok

you: look, you know i like you, and we've had good times together. i know your busy, i just want to say that........(pause for about 3 seconds) i love you with all my heart....(she won't react right away so walk away. if she comes with you, mission accoplished, you have nothing to worry about because a girl can't really say no to that, they just have to accept it, they can't make fun of it......try something like that, see what happens

If you tell her you love her before you're sure of how she feels, she's likely to lose interest in you and start ignoring you. Wait until you feel like she's on the same level. Start seeing other girls in the meantime.

well, it depends do you think she loves you too? and if she really loves you will feel it and you will know when to tell her. I know this is not the most helpful advice but take it to consideration.

you don't have to actually tell her right away, that might be too much. show her. do nice things for her, be there for her. and, when you do tell her, giver her time, she might not be able to handle it right away (don't take it personally). when my boyfriend told me he loved me, it took me about a month to be able to say it back, and mean it.
