These are all great answers. Literally, the word glory from the bible means to illuminate. Like to shed a light on. God is obscured on this planet - people mock and ignore him etc. But when Christians sing to God in worship, or do good things to people like feed the hungry and care for the sick and lonely, they do it to show how loving and awesome God is. We are literally shedding light on God - making him more visible to other people.
If all of the Christian church lived their lives to glorify God can you imagine the floodlight marquee centerstage that Jesus would have on this planet?

The positive communication of one's positive attributes. In the case of God, for example, His glory may be the beauty of His creation. In this scenario one would glorify God by taking care of His creation or singing a song of praise for the beauty of His creation.
