There are already much more effective treatments for aids than were available just a few years ago. Anyone diagnosed with aids today can expect to live a much longer life than could have been expected in the 1990's. Being HIV positive is no longer an imminent death sentence. So, yes, I think there will be a cure for aids.

Researchers are very close to developing a vaccine for HIV. Many other vaccines are very effective in preventing other viruses... example, childhood immunizations. Also the current HIV meds on the market can help people to live as long as 20 years with minimal symptoms if patients maintain a healthy lifestyle (just look at Magic Johnson!) Furthermore, women who are HIV positive can give birth to babies who are HIV negative if they follow treatment throughout the pregnancy. We are getting closer to a cure, but we must still practice prevention methods like safer sex practices.

yes there will be a cure, as a researcher i know there is already, but all this has to be given time for testing so as to eliminate the risk, and the only reason it is taking this long is the people suffering from this disease live long, before the damage so the study is one that will take that many years before it can be proven

yes, look @ the scripture Revelation chapter 21 verses 4, it says he (God), will wipe out every tear from their(mankind) eyes, and death will be no more, neither will outcry, nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away. If you'd like to learn more about this, please contact any Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses; listed under churches in your phone book, and ask for a free home Bible study, and free literature, at no obligation. There will also be a worldwide, three-day, Bible convention held by Jehovah's Witnesses, check with them for the place and time near you.

There is one already to stop the spread of aids. It's called celibacy. If you would keep your legs together, you wont' get it.
