there is this guy at my school that i like, and it is summer vacation, and i am trying 2 lose weight over the summer so maybe i can look better when school comes back in september. do u think that this is a good idea? if not can u tell me wut i can do 2 make it a better idea, and if u do think that it is a good idea, can u please tell me wut i can do 2 lose weight by the end of that summer.

in a way, this would b 4 me because i way around 141 pounds, and i'm 13. and do u think that i could lose weight by september?

Go for a walk every day for at least 30 minutes. While you are walking, think about ways to make your life better. Then when you get home, write the ideas down and make them happen. Eat healthy foods and stay away from fast food chains. Cut down on the amount of food you eat. Occasionally allow yourself small amounts o of foods you think might have too many calories. Don't eat sweets, potatoes, rice or enriched white bread often. If no-one gives you compliments, give them to yourself. You should be your own best friend. Keep smiling, you'll make it!

If he is a nice guy, he wont care, but most men arn't. So, i suggest, that maybe it would be a good idea, but think of doing it for yourself, so if he doesn't, don't gain weight again. And if you do decide to lose weight, don't go over the top, you know what i mean, dont hurt yourself for him. Excercize a lot because you will be losing weight, but also becoming strong. Bye :-)

u should either eat healthier or eat less,but not to the point where u dont eat at all. go somewhere that involes alot of walking like six flags or something. i'd jog every morning too. and if u want go to a gym. i think its a good idea everyone could loss alittle weight. except the people 100 pounds and under. oh and stay away from things that are white!! white means suger and u dont want that.

first off ,look at yourself in the mirror,do you like what you see not what you think someone might want to see.Look i dont know how old you are ,im guessing you not grown because youre still in school.let me tell you this ,sweety girls and boys have been getting ready for school for years just to impress that one boy or that one girl in school that everyone thought was all that.gosh the money i spent on desighner jeans and stack shoes and never got a second look not even a first.so just think about this for a minute,your going to stress out all summer over this , andmiss a great summer ,come on girlfriend,have fun worry about all this crap later in life,right now enjoy life.and remember this will still be going on in school when you are grown.then you can tell this story to someone who reminds you of YOU...Have a great SUMMER

Walking and swimming are two of the best ways to lose weight. If you are sure you need to lose weight, but do it for you not the guy.

If you want to lose weight thats your decesion. Get active this summer, go swimming or to amusement parks (they have a TON of walking involved) and during the summer eat healthier or not as much, either one works.

Well first of all, consider your weight. Are you really overwieght? Or think u r? If you r, try exercising, like fun things. Play, swim. Swimming is good you can lose weight through swimming. My friend lost 15 pounds by swimming. So try it.

A. don't lose weight for a guy.
B. u only lose weight if U want to.
C. u sound fine to me so i would not worry about it.

I AM A GUY SO THIS IS A TRU THING. not ALL guys go for looks

exercise and eat organic foods with plenty of whole grains. NO WONDER BREAD ALLOWED. Or you could start doing meth(not that its a good idea but it will help you lose weight)

dont lose weight to get a guy. he should like you for who you are not what you look like. lose weight because you want to for yourself
