For the most part, I don't think that age is a determining factor when it comes to how ticklish a person is. The exception is newborn babies.
Some people are more ticklish than others and there is no rhyme or reason for it. Some people love to be tickled and some people hate to be tickled.
I have found that some people who were tickle-tortured as children learned to control themselves and block the tickling sensations as a means of self-preservation.
If you are one who likes or loves to be tickled I have good news, you will probably be ticklish all your life and you will be just as ticklish when you are 25 as you are today. If you dislike or hate being ticklish, you might learn how to control it or be vocal when somebody tickles you against your will and tell them that you do not appreciate the way that they disrespect you and your feelings just to hear you laugh.
