This is almost the same answer I gave to another question about prayer. When I served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I think formal prayer on my knees took place anywhere from 2 to 7 times a day. Lately it is more informal, except at night, and I am going back to the basics of reading scriptures in context so as to understand better what I should pray for. I have a book called "To Pray As A Jew" which is very interesting in that I learned that on the Sabbath there is a custom of praying only with giving thanks and not asking for anything. In our church we also believe that a hymn is a prayer of the heart, and words from hymns often go through my mind any time of the day. I think a prayer can be just as brief as saying thank you to Heavenly Father for the colors that we see, or for the food we eat. I am trying to do better to remember to pray before meals. Bet most people could say they pray more often in their cars, and I'd probably fall in that category, too. I think true prayer would make us kinder and gentler and more patient, more thankful and aware of the good around us. At the current time I pray that my father can keep recovering from a stroke last year.

I am weakest when I have problems. It's hard for me to believe that every thing will be O.K. for me. It's easier to believe for others! And when the people near me have troubles, I can encourage them easy and I can believe for them. But not for me when I'm in difficult situations!
Answer to that question if getting remarried it's a sin: the answer is in the Bible when it's wrote down that this is a sin only in case when your wife (or husband) is still in life. If he (or she) dies, you can get married and you don't make any sin!... Of course only if you don't kill your partner for this!...

Well, my prayer life isn't super either. I'm working on it. Right now I'm struggling with my Christian beliefs. Not regarding God's existence, but about why almost all Christians disagree on almost everything. I went to Bible College for a few years and consider myself a mainstream Christian, but my beliefs are suddenly sounding very ........extreme. Not sure why I'm blathering on about this....

I think for me it would be being judgemental and gossiping. As a woman I guess it's just in my nature.I just keep praying and I know the Lord will see me through.
This was a really good question,it made me think.
God Bless.

For me, it's my inability to convince others that religion is man-made. That faith is showing charcater and integrity in yourself and not blame short comings on some devine or evil providence.
If something good happens in your life, it is because you were at your best, not because God smiled on you. If something bad happens in your life, it is because you were at your worst, not because the devil cursed you.

1. Knowledge of the Word.
2. Ability to convey to others the lack of doubt, or better said, my absolute surety in God, Jesus, and the Bible.

I find I'm too cynical and judgemental. It's frustrating because I do want to be better than that.
"Judge not lest ye be judged" is easier said than done for me.
