First of all, slow down and spell things correctly. We came up with this whole language thing so that everyone could communicate clearly to each other. Please try to respect that.
Second, it mostly sounds like your friend really isn't emotionally mature enough for sex. I would advise him to relax and take his time, the right girl will come along some day and then everything will flow naturally, from asking her out, to dating, and eventually to sex.
Sex isn't some end-all coming of age ceremony. There are a lot of other steps along the way before you can call yourself and adult. Don't try to make it something that it's not. It IS, however, probobly the most emotionally intimate thing you can possibly do with another person. Don't step into it unpreppared with someone who you don't really love.

is your friend really that desperate to get laid? my gosh he's not even 16 years old! and if he just got a girl to have sex, then that's a pretty pointless relationship. and if they broke over that, then that's pretty dumb. they must have not cared at all for eachother. if he wants to get laid, he SHOULD just hook up with a girl and have sex, not start a relationship. i would advise him to just chil on the whole sex thing. and if he's really that desperate to lose his virginity, have him go to a party. that's where teens get the most action i guess. probably because everyone's drunk. but tell him dont expect too much his first time. it'll last 5 seconds. boys dont have that much "stamina". the older you get, the longer you'll last though. unless it's really good. (i'm a girl btw but i know these thigns....). also when i was a virgin i was horny all the time and wanted to have sex (this has been since, i was at least 10 years old) but i would have never slept with a random guy. ok i probably would have but i was a horny little bastard. when i finally lost my virginity to my first and current bf, i was 16. and it wasnt good for both of us......yea i'm just rambling on...another piece of adviec for your friend: jack off....

I'm sorry for your friend's unhappy experience. Mother nature is a good yardstick; usually, when the time is right, she sort of makes things happen. Perhaps your friend was not really ready - and though this is not too popular with young hot-at-hand guys; there is plenty of time to get into life, and all of it's experiences.
Good luck

hahaha. thats funny. sex shouldnt even be about pressure. do it for yourself not for your friends or a social status. if she really loved him she wouldnt of broke up. next time when he actually loves her he will trust her and fell more relaxed and confident ,things will work out. just got to keep the faith
