3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

You have to talk to your doctor about your high blood pressure.
A have Hypertention. I take a class of drugs known as beta blockers. My blood pressure is at approximatly 130/80 when I am on the meds however if I stop taking the meds it can go as high as 180/110. You can't stop taking your high blood pressure meds without consulting your doctor. If the meds are affecting your sex life it is best to talk to your doctor. He will change your medication. Most people who have high blood pressure don't even know it. That's why it is called, The Silent Killer

Have your self examined for Von Williabrands ailment, a genetic unfastened bleeding ailment - unquestionably greater of a syndrome - and the main consumer-friendly variety of Hemophilia (the only one women get). 5% of the inhabitants has it and that they do no longer comprehend until oddities like this take place. I unquestionably have it, and have dealt with what I call "hell days" for my complete existence. "Hell days" are the era days with clots such as you describe, and no tampon nor pad can incorporate them. It worsened throughout menopause (particular, worsened) - and that i positioned on black pants continually, basically in case. LOL, there are worse issues, even even though it is a easy try, and that i heartily propose it.

donating blood is really really bad for you, you would be much better off motivating yourself enough to eat salad, fruits, and cereal, and take long walks, jogs, or runs.
