Without knowing why you poll us, where the home is, what that local market will bear, I'll say in todays inflated, over extended market, 750 k to 1.5 mil easy.
I just valued an 1800 sq. ft house 10 yrs old, bought for 128 K in Central FL. Todays easy sale price is 385 K.
No fluff, and not knowing why you ask, decide either to buy or sell???
The market will level, but prices won't diminish much.
I look for "fixers" under 100 K to fix and flip.

Depends where it's located. In real estate the most important thing is location.
It could be a 2 million dollar house if it's a desirable area around NYC
It could be $200k for rural Iowa.

Of course it depends on location.
No one can price a house just from outside but for the fun of it, I'd start at least at 200K. All the other factors would come in to help raise (or lower) that price.

I live in Florida and that house would probably go for 600-750K but my husband is from Pennsylvania and that house would probably go for like 300-350K.

I live in Oklahoma and I have seen houses go for about 200-250,000.00 for houses like this. I couldn't afford this kind of house. But it would be nice.
