The best thing to do is to contact a bird rescue in your area. I found some abandon baby birds and was able to locate one in my area. What I was told was to set up a box with some newspaper or a towel and try to feed it. What I was told was to boil an egg and then take the yolk and mix it with a couple drops of gatorade. Then to drop it into the baby's mouth with a coffee stirrer or even a q-tip but since the baby is so young the best thing to do would be to contact a rescue which you can locate through a search engine.

Go to PetsMart and buy some KAYTEE HAND FEEDING FORMULA and some eyes droppers. Fix the formula with hot tap water and suck it up into the eye dropper, then open the mouth of the bird and place the tip of the eye dropper in the very back of the throat and squirt the formula down its throat. Do this about 4 times per feeding, 3 times a day. And make sure it goes to the back of the neck because going down the wrong pipe will kill it on the spot if you fill its little lungs with formula. GOOD LUCK I have raised pigeons and diamond doves this way.
