My sister who runs an organization here in Chicago, we are having a pooch walk in a few months. Would any one care to Donate some thing for a raffle table, or make a donation to the Homeless of Chicago ? All the help that we receive goes to the homeless, food kitchen, 2 over night shelters, programs for the homeless, etc.

Generous people might be the good samaritans to help outreach the needy person!A quarter dollars makes a lot of people happy enough to eat and have shelters,we are majority in the community with a high standard of living,why not help those poor people,they are also children of God!We give aid to the neighbor countries why not to our own country men?GOD bless those people who offers theirs helping hands to the poor people!

I ONLY help those who are handicapped or unable to work. Most homeless are bums by choice. If they can work....me no helpum. When you help people who are just plain lazy, you are contributing to their cause and they take away from the truely needy.

yes i would because they can get they self together get back on they feet just like everybody else who can fall off their feet because what if you homeless and the some person that you help can help you when your homeless.

I would like to help, yet at this time I cannot contribute money.
