Depends on which group you are talking about.

If we use the words of the bible

A pastor is a leader. Pastor comes from the Greek word "poimen" meaning shepherd

A priest - This word comes from a Greek word, presbyter, meaning elder. An elder is a leader in a church in the Bible

Minister - not sure its a bible word - I think it's a verb as in minister the poor and sick

Preacher - a person that shares/teaches the gospel with others in lessons and sermons. A Preacher is a person that preaches

Words....

But I want to look at those words. A pastor is a person who is in charge of the sheep...the pasture, so to speak. A priest is a person who is annointed by God, not man, to a high calling of personal service. Theoretically, a person cannot be a priest except if God makes him a priest... not a man and not a counsel on men. A minister is a person who cares for the immediate needs of a group of people. Gives them the Gospel, gives them food, heals them, holds them... etc. A preacher is a teacher. He extolls, admonishes, and encourages people so that they might get closer to the Lord.
