applies to drugs and or alcohol. unfortunately there is still no punishment for driving stupid.

DUI, If you really want to know what this means, here is your answer.
It means that you are now atleast $3000.00 Poorer than you were. This is not even counting the increase in your insurance, that is if you can find an insurance company to cover you. You will also be grounded from your driving privileges for about 3 to 6 months. And If you decide to try your luck a second time, well you might as well double all of the above. DUI(driving under the influence) is meant to incompass both alcohol and drugs, while DWI (driving while intoxicated) only specifies alcohol.
Most states have completely done away with DWI because its target area was too narrow, only alcohol.

This is what you'd be charged for when caught driving under the influence. Meaning you were pulled over and they tested you and you were other drunk or on drugs. And to the person that asked why she didnt know the answer... shes probably a little kid. Nothing against u at all tho.
