no. by now they should be able to help themselves. It's unhealthy and probably makes your children uncomfortable. They need privacy at this age. I have two kids - both boy and a girl and by around 8 or nine they were fully capable. sometimes I had to send them back in to re-rinse their hair or rewash their feet but that's part of learning to be self sufficient and modest about their bodies.

At 10 years old they should be able to bathe themselves. They are getting to the point that they need their privacy. In a case that they are not physically able to bathe themselves than yes both parents should be able to help in the childrens bathing.

If your asking this question its probably because of a situation you have doubts about ..........its not a normal thing for mothers and fathers to bathe their children who are ten unless of course there is some type of handicap involved.......both boys and girls who are ten are capable of bathing themselves and shouldn't need help at all......I would if I knew anyone that did bathe a ten year old daughter or son have many questions in my own mind..........if you know someone who is please dont hesitate to ask questions if you have an inkling of doubt as to the relationship please dont hesitate to call your local child protective services I urge you .................please protect our children if you dont who will

No child at the age of ten should be bathed by either parent UNLESS they are mentally or physically challenged or have been contaminated by a toxic or persistant substance in their play activities, think paint, skunk etc.

By ten both are entering puberty or soon to be. Give them privacy.

ok, now every one is saying that it is not right for you to do this, but under certain circumstances i would say that it would be ok, those circumstances being that if the children were handicapped and it was a single parent situation and the child or children were not competent to do there ADLS ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING,

ask the children what they want to do, and just watch them to make sure they are not in harms way.
