I am a skinny b-i-t-c-h. I do not throw up. I do not binge. I do not take diet pills. I do not smoke. I do not starve.

I drink lots of water, eat 5-6 times a day SENSIBLY, and I exercise enough to sweat at least one hour per day, taking one day off completely from exercise per week.

You can eat Popeye's, just not all the time.

Lay off the biscuits, they have more grease and lard in them than the chicken. Since you are addicted that's one way to start slowly weaning yourself away. Next step pull at least the skin off of one piece of chicken if you get a 3 piece, and keep doing it until you slowly get away from what tastes so good. Take the skin/breading off of the chicken and don't eat the sides. Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Just reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories a day, by either diet or run for 5 miles a day.

500 a day X days a week = 3500 calories = 1 lb weight loss a week
