he says that this has never happened b4 and that he really likes me and wants to have sex with me actually he says he thinks he wants it too bad why could this be happening

I just got out of a 8 month relationship with a guy that had this problem. Part of it may be due to any alcohol he's consumed. And part of it may be stress. I don't have the right answer as to why, because I never figured it out with my ex. but you can always keep trying new things and eventually it'll happen. oral sex helps.. and try not switching positions to much b/c the lack of constant stimulation will make him soft again. good luck!

He could be stressing out, wanting you to much. Our brain is out biggest sex organ, and with men, we need to get hard to perform, and when you want to do a great job, you put too much pressure on yourself.
Just sleep together, with no plans for sex, and see if once he's relaxed, that helps.
If not, then he may need to see a doctor, and perhaps Viagra, or another similar pill.

He can't stay hard because he wants it that bad? Usually the more you want it the harder you would get right? Sounds like a personal problem to me
