I am asking because i have little pink bumps on my inner and frontal thighs. Nothin down there i know that my boyfriend and I checked but how do i make it go away. It itches sometimes. My mom says its salpullido.

Salpullido is rash in Spanish. Go see a dermatologist. It can be due to anything from allergies to friction between your legs when you walk.

Maybe it's a heat rash, try putting powder. Good luck.
