Death is the most peaceful state. The process of getting there is what we all dread, i.e. pain, suffering, etc. I believe that people in general are more afraid of the burden they will cause on others and the dignity they might potentially lose in the process of dying. The art of 'letting go' is what we all need to learn in order to 'go with the flow', so to speak.

Yes, and no.
The only thing in life that we can be sure of is that we are going to die at some stage. I am a bit afraid because I don't know what will happen. Religious people seem to think they know what will happen but no one has ever come back to tell them so then you question faith. Big big question Don't dwell on it enjoy life

Yep. I know it's silly, but I'm a little more worried about AFTER death. What if everything I believe regarding God is not true? Where am I going? Am I just going to rot in the ground? Will anyone remember me?
I'm also just a little nervous about how I'm going to die...

Certainly! Death means, no more family...no more friends....no more of the 'important' things in 'YOUR LIFE'. So enjoy your life, your family, your friends and the important stuff...Death comes soon enough my friend.
