Your female cat is most likely not urinating on your things because she isn't spayed, it is most likely because she is upset (something new happen in her life to disrupt her? ie you moved, someone moved in with you, you got a new job with longer hours, etc.) OR she can not get to her litter box easily or you moved it recently, OR she smells previous cats on her things or your things OR she has a health issue (ie, UTI) As far as her not doing it while you are away, if your vacation is relatively short, why don't you arange to board her at a vet clinic and have the spay done while your away? Most of the other suggestions I have, you would have to be present to observe her (ie, will she use the litter box at all?, does she urinate frequently?, etc. Don't know if I helped at all, but thought I could try.

Sorry, but that's not urine. Female cats who are NOT spayed --- shame on you, by the way----mark their territory, just like males do. Do you have another female cat in the house?
Until she is spayed, she will continue to do this. It's a natural hormonal/feline trait. The smell is actually much stronger than urine.

it really is worth a attempt to get her spayed and spot if that enables. i have never had that situation, yet i assume it may tournament a similar way with woman cats because it may with male cats. once you neuter a male cat, he will frequently end spraying everywhere, or it really is going to a minimum of die down somewhat. attempt spaying her, and if that does no longer paintings, she will be incontinent or have an overactive bladder and would desire to have medicine from the vet for it.

Cats that aren't spayed have a tendency to pee around their home to mark territory. The best thing to do is to get your cat spayed.

If she is pooing as normal in her litter tray, then she's doing it ecasue she is in season, there's really nothing you can do to stop it.
She is in heat, and her body is telling her to let the males know- by peeing a very pungent smelling wee! As much as she may know not to go on the floor, she really can't help it at the moment.

I had a male cat that relieved himself outside of the litter box. If your cat keeps going in the same area, put her food in that area. Cats don't do their business where their food is.
