The locations of Heaven and Hell are not physical, but rather spiritual. They don't have a geographical location as that assumes physicality.

The only time the 'locations' of any of the Heavens are spoken of in any great context are usually in the apocrypha and psuedepigrapha, especially the Book of Enoch and the Dead Sea Scrolls. Some of the Heavens are mentioned briefly (I think the 2nd Heaven in the Bible.) You can find online copies of these books using Yahoo! or Google.

Hell is absence from the presence of God. Heaven is eternity in the presence of God. Since God is an extra-universal deity, universe-specific concepts such as height, width, depth, and even time are utterly inapplicable to him or those before him. We may be unable to conceive of an existence that is not physical or dimensional - but we have to acknowledge that is our limitation, and not an absolute limitation.

Only God knows. Heaven is a place of eternal perfection created by God for His followers. Hell is a place of eternal punishment. If you don't have Jesus in your heart when you die you will go to Hell for eternity. God bless.
