I just drank some diet coke that has been in a bottle for god knows how long (probably 3 weeks) ... will I be okay? I thought it was the new o ne I had just bought and it was one just laying around that my son plays with...will it make me sick?

No you will not sick. Pop does not spoil like dairy or fruit juice. :)

This is what i suggest
Buy a new 2 liter diet coke and a pack of mentos
drop 4 mentos into the diet coke
seriously this will cure you

You will probably be just fine, the soda doesn't have many ingredients, when they get old, they don't become toxic. Soda contains mostly sugar, water, coloring and some CO2. Next time don't drink soda, if it tastes flat. Open a fresh one.

First of all soda is bad, secondly... three weeks? the best advice is to drink a lot of water, this willl flush out the toxins, if you start feeling sick call a poison center asap. Good luck and good health to you.

no becase u don't know how long they have them in the warehouse just sitting around before they r shipped to stores and put out on shelves.i think u will be alright.
