I have often felt the same over the years. You may want to evaluate the things that make your life "full". Are they important to you? Do you really enjoy them? Or, do they just keep you busy? You may also want to speak with your doctor about depression which can make you feel that way even when you feel you shouldn't. Be well.

You are depressed. Everyone have felt that way in a given moment in their life. But that's not the en of the world. Everything is on your mind, your perception that there is something wrong where it isn't, your perception that you feel lost and empty when you shouldn't feel that way. First of all, make a list of things that makes your life full and make another list of things that make you feel lost and empty. Then compare and analize each one. Another thing that you should do is to write down your emotion when you feel sad, ask yourself what made you feel sad, what happened before you have that thoughts. Whenever you have that emotions try to confront them ask yourself: Should I feel like that? Where is the contundent proof of that? Remember, the depression comes from Satan not from God. God loves you and he want the best for you, he want you to be happy and that you live a full and eternal life with him. But first, Do you want to accept God as your Saviour? I'm totally sure that if you accept God as your Saviour and you open your heart and give it to him he will live in it forever and you never will feel lost and empty. God is the solution for all your problems. The angels and God willl have a party in the sky if you accept him. Remember that this world is ending and that the Son of God will come for his church.

I disagree with a poster above me. You can only know if you have depression if a medical professional talks to you and tells you that you do. If you think you are depressed, I suggest you talk to a therapist or psychologist, your doctor can probably recommend one to you. There's a difference between being natural sadness or worry and depression.
Anyways, on a lighter note, every ones life is empty without a good television show. Since you're 24, I suggest you rent the first season of "24". :-) Good luck with everything!

No, everyone is not this restless, and it will end as soon as you seek help. I'm 24 as well and I can definitely identify with your feelings-you aren't alone even though you probably feel that way.
