God has promised the believers forgiveness of sins and granting of wishes if you call on to Him. He may delay a particular wish if He thinks the time is not right or replace it with something better if the wish is not good for your livelihood, your religion, and your hereafter.
That is why The Istikhara prayer is very important.
God says, He is closer to us that the veins in our neck and He is ready to answer the call of every caller, He now enjoins us to also with a will obey His commands by keeping up our faith in Him and by doing what is good.

no, Pray to God (always with a capital G when you are referring to Him) and he will answer your prayers, but like if i wish i would win the lottery He is not going to grant that. also, sometimes things happen that we don't know why, but I believe God has a reason for everything even if it seems bad at the moment. for example, people that were late getting to work on 9/11/2001 to the twin towers in NYC they thought it was a bad thing- then, they found out if they had gotten there on time, they would be dead. God protects his children in His own way.

If you pray and do good deeds only to be granted wishes by your God, then I would say why waste your time. Good deeds means to do good because you are a do-er of good, not because you wait for a reward. It may be time to change your understanding of who God truly is.

No one can answer this question with complete and total faith in the answer being 100% true. How can you know what God will and won't do? Can't say I've ever met anyone who sat down and had a talk with him about what to do in order to be on his good side. The problem with religion is its all speculation. Who has been to the other side and back? Follow what YOU believe, not what your TOLD to believe.

And yes, I do believe in God for all you bible thumping "your going to hell" ignorant people who plan on forming some kind of retaliation out of "she doesn't believe in god so she's going to hell anyway" I think you all will get a big surprise when you leave this life.

If you believe in God as the One and only God. He'll bless you for all your good deeds if they come from the heart and not expecting something in return

It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we go to be with our Lord. God answers all prayer, but not always the way we desire. Read the Bible and pray to God to open your heart to hearing the Word of God as you read it and I guarantee the truth will be revealed to you through God the father, the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ.

God grants us our prayers, if they are nice prayers. We do not have to work for them. He tells us good deeds get us nothing. He expects us to do the good deeds out of the kindness of our heart. Or to do kind deeds for kindness sake.

God isn't interested in the good deeds and prayers if you haven't accepted Jesus. He sent Him to die for us, and this is very serious to God. If we don't accept Jesus, we don't make it to God. " No one comes to God except through me" Jesus says. Jesus has to be accepted before God hears us. He was more than a prophet, He was God in the flesh.

Yes,

Always when you pray, your prayers are either answered by Allah SWT or they count as reward on the Day of Judgement. You have to remember that Allah SWT gives you the best of scenarios, either now or later. Also, Allah SWT wants to give to us. It is so easy for us to gain reward from Allah SWT or for our prayers to be answered (especially if they are sincere and you in a state of submission). Just look at Surah Fatiha...in the first couple of verses we call upon Allah (SWT), calling him by His great powers and attributes, fully reaching the state of submission if it's recited with full and emotional intention. Then we ask Him to guide us, for we would certainly be doomed without his guidance.

No, you cannot attain grace on your good deeds. It's only through faith that God will hear your prayers. And then He will answer your prayers in his own time and in his own way.
