They did not. There are miracles everyday. Another person mentioned miracles by the Saints. For a person to declared a saint they must have performed three miracles through the Holy Spirit. The miracles can be when they were alive or after they have passed.I know for a fact of one miracle that happened because of anointing of the sick at my Catholic parish/ A gentleman had a very damaged heart was had surgery scheduled for a wed morning. Tuesday morning was anointed during a healing Mass when he got to Houston to check into the hospital he had no heart damage.

miracles and signs were done for a pourpose, to confirm
God's word. The apostles were given this power to perform
miracles and signs , they didnt know Gods word untill being
taught by Christ and having it reavled unto them by the
Holy Spirit. No one today can peform a miracle like raising
someone from the dead, A preacher or anyone else canot
lay their hands on you and heal you of an illness. Only the
apostles.

A lot of religions will teach that, but as a Christian, one who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I don't believe it for a second. If you knew the scientific rejection a woman's body goes through to not have a baby, then you would know that every birth is a miracle.

Miracles happen everyday, we just don't recognize them. for instance I am reminded everytime I lose my keys in my home and I am going to be late, I start praying for God to help me locate my keys. I don't think I could have found them without the assistance of God - its a miracle and I am reminded that God makes little miracles as well as big miracles.

no they did not. the roman catholics (including your genius) have a long list of saints....
and if i remember it right... in order for people to be considered saints... they should have (after they died) do something unimaginably good like a miracle... for example, someone is dying and the family prayed for that person, then the dying person suddenly heals... an investigation might be conducted as to the truthfulness of that incident.. this is more intangible but there are lots of "proven" tangible miracles

no...miracles happen everyday. (Do we still recognize them as that?)
I see/hear of a miracle, everytime someone gets SAVED.
I see/hear of a miracle everytime a child is born.
I see/hear of a miracle each time a person conquers some type of addiction...
I see/hear of a miracle each time a Cancer patient goes into remission, or gets healed...
Miracles definately happen today too! We just don't stop to recognize them as that - "miracles!"

Not necessarily. I've seen a lot of TV programs where people swear they've witnessed miracles recently.

NO..
Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
These signs follow those that believe, believers are supposed to have miracles following them.
1Co 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
