Trying to teach teenagers anything is difficult, but teaching Russian teenagers English, is like pulling teeth at times. How do you do it?

Fisrt use a phrasebook, so they will have a basic grasp when they do, you can proceed with learning books.

try pimsleur learning method,they are recorded books this is one of the best

First you have to learn Russian. And just like a regular spanish teacher or any language speeking teacher for that matter, go about it that way. Its not that hard if you actually know russian yourself...

To educate a area on the institution degree, you have got to have a minimum of a masters measure in that area, and generally a PhD. In addition, a few areas would possibly require you to have your TOEFL certification.

They are not dumb, They will learn the
same way anyone else learns a second
language!
Be patient and make the learning fun.
Let them teach you some of their language
and see how you can use that to teach them.

Expose them to as much English as possible, television, magazines that they are interested in etc....English is tough to teach, but if you surround them with it, it becomes easier for them to learn.

I dunno, my 1 year old nephew speaks Russian, and it's very difficult! The funny thing is, he's American!
