Are we born with good souls and for some the environment changes that? Or are there good and bad souls in spite of the environment?

At the time of birth, actually from the moment of conception, we are cursed with Original sin, commonly known as the sin that removed us from Eden. It is the waters of baptism that washes clean that sin, and we are then clean and have a clean soul.
To our knowledge (catholic) only 2 were ever born whose souls were never touch by this sin...they are Jesus and His Most Blessed Mother...Mary.

That is a deep question. From a Mormon point of view I would say we were all born with innocent souls and a tendency to want to choose the good because of the light of Christ within our intelligence, and because we were all valiant spirits in the pre-mortal realm, and we wanted to come to earth to prove ourselves. There is, however, a wide range of spiritual valiance, and a big range of human weakness. We all have to work on subduing our ego or channeling our energy into productive outlets. Environment is a huge factor, of course, because children model what they see. People can be raised in a very loving environment and still turn out self-centered, however. Then there is something else going on, which I believe may be attributed to human weakness being magnified by Satan for the purpose of tempting people to slow down their spiritual progress. I have heard that even those people who are the most "lost" or just seem "lost" used to be valiant at one point in time, so one can always hope.

You are born with a Blank soul! How you are raised and how you live your life will determine the outcome of your soul......good or bad. A soul is ever changing!

Well its desire to sin that is always with us, so we must over come it. Just as it was told to Cain. In Ge.4:7 sin was waiting. So we have to see that this desire as is said in James 1:14. But every men is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Eve, Ge.3:6 here is this desire that lead to sin.Yes it also shows that we can choose to be good but we need to apply the law of love giving to us by the Father,otherwise we would be tempted to want more.

The Bible says we are born with a sinful nature. Even from the time we were born we did things that were wrong.

Good question, if you mean which determines our lives- environment or genetics. Genetics controls somewhat, but environment is stronger.

Well im not too sure but i believe man is born impure and lost and is not pure until baptized. At that moment god lights their world to guide them.
