There are a lot of good questions concerning religion, and also good answers. I'm talking about those who are
not serious about it & want to make fun of others.

What may seem foolish to you could be a real quest for knowledge for someone else. None us knows everything or was born knowing everything. We cannot see motives for every question so those who are making a mockery out at the expense of others could be helping to teach others something they did not know. The best way to combat a foolish question is to give it a wise answer. The same goes for a foolish answer.

Vast age difference. What might seem foolish to a 40 year old could be serious to a teenage and vice versa!

I didn't think their was a foolish question when it came to learning about the Lord Jesus Christ.

Everyone is on different learning levels, you wouldn't expect a person that just found God, to understand everything in the bible right off the bat would you? You expected someone that studied the bible for many years to know more then one that just came to God Right?

Plus we all get different messages from God out of the bible, to share is nothing wrong with that, but to down God and question God is wrong..

what foolish to one may not be to another. some people are trying to open anothers eyes when they want thier eyes to remain shut tightly. but to the other person they are wanting to harm them, which is not always the case. everyone has thier own beliefs and for the other person they are a threat.

Sometimes people want to know something but they feel silly asking, because it's something that everyone else seems to know. So they post here where they can ask in safety, so even if someone calls them silly, foolish or stupid, they don't care, cause they don't really KNOW anybody here.

Your right. But most of us that ask a question want you to think about the question that you would never ask.
In the same way you're asking for enlightenment, we show you the light-switch...flick it, it work.

They do help. Since there is no 100% truth, people try to find answers anywhere they can. Talking and searching is what humans do.

People play. That's one of the purposes of the Internet. Believe me, there's plenty of serious questions, questioners, and answers.
