ok got a q? me my friend are unofficially bf and gf but are pretty much so. had a fight and havent seen each other for a bit of time. we are both kinda broke. he wants me to pay for our outings. in truth, right now i feel like i should be prioritizing what i spend my money on, cuz im going over seas and have to buy a lot of things. i mentioned that i was also broke but he really wants to see me. how do i tell him that without sounding cheap, and not jurting him?

go to a lake. pack a picnic and sit on the edge of a lake until dark and then watch the stars and talk about life.

dont go anywhere that you have to pay. AND WHAT KIND OF GUY MAKES HIS GIRLFRIEND PAY???!!! what a LOSER. I mean...he obviously does not respect you in the least. You can do better. You mentioned that u were going overseas...so i dont think u will b able to make a long distance realtionship work.

do something that doesnt cost money. stay in and watch a movie or something like that, you dont need to spend money to spend time together.
