You speak Filipino the way it is written, so it's actually quite easy. However, the position of the stress/emphasis for each word is what may prove to be difficult. Beside each translation is a makeshift guide on their pronunciation. The syllable in CAPS indicated the stress/emphasis for that word. An apostrophe (') means that the syllable preceding this should be pronounced in a clipped manner (or should be stopped abruptly).

Good morning. - Magandang umaga. (magan-DANG OOH-maga)
Good evening. - Magandang gabi. (magan-DANG gah-BEE)
Good afternoon. - Magandang hapon. (magan-DANG HA-pon)
Do you understand English? - Nakakaintindi ka ba ng ingles? (nakaka-IN-tindi ka ba nang ING-gles)
Do you speak English? - Nagsasalita ka ba ng ingles? (nagsa-SA-lita ka ba nang ING-gles)
Thank you. - Salamat. (sah-LAH-mat)
Excuse me. - Paumanhin po. (pa-OOH-man-HIN po)
How are you? - Kamusta ka? (kah-MOO-stah kah)
I'm okay. - Okey lang ako. (o-KAY lang ah-KO)
Goodbye. - Paalam. (pa-AH-lam)
Where is the [insert name of place]? - Nasaan ang [insert name of place]? (NAH-sa-ahn ang ... )
I love you. - Mahal kita. (ma-HAL kee-TA)
I don't like you. - Ayoko sa iyo. (ah-YOH-ko sah ee-YO)
Gross. - Kadiri. (kah-DEE-ree')
What? - Ano? (ah-NOH)
When? - Kailan? (kay-LAN)
Where? - Saan? (sa-AHN)
How? - Paano? (pah-AH-no)
Yes. - Oo. (Imagine saying "awe" twice, but quickly.)
No. - Hindi. (hin-DI)

Hope these help.
