Yes. My fathers and mother in laws feet get that way. They are diabetic. They also have a rash like look on the feet as well. You should really go to the doctor. Feet swelling and blueness is the first sign of diabeties. Also if you are over weight and on your feet alot, that could also be a problem

If they are cold and bluish, then it sounds as if you aren't getting enough circulation. You can massage your lower legs and feet, but on your lower legs, always rub away from your heart. Also, wear socks to keep your feet warm.

There are special compression socks made for diabetics that increase the circulation in your legs. They can usually be found in drugstores and are reasonably priced-follow the directions on the package for use.

Also try to excercise more-it will increase your circulatory health so that your heart does not have to work as hard to get blood into your extremities.

I would go see a doctor. A good thing to start also would be seeing a chiropractor.

I use to be constantly cold. You could feel how cold my feet were through a pair of jeans when I was wearing thick socks. I started seeing a chiropractor a few months ago and my circulation has gotten better. I don't need to wear socks to bed all the time, and I don't need to wear a sweater wherever I go.

It's great!
