This is the nineteenth question of DOOM!!!

19. Do youthink that it is possible that all of Jesus's miracles were fabricatins, axaggerations, or metaphoric representations treated like literal fact by people that hoped to raise the bar so high noone else would ever possibly be able to meet it?

If this is the case, then from that point forth, anyone claiming to be a Child, Messenger, or Servant of GOD (particularly this messiah spoken of in the Old Testament) would have to do feats of equal or better fanciness in order to win our trust. They say Jesus was perfect (but they never took the time to set the parameters for this perfection), which means anyone claiming to be this messiah would also have to be perfect.

It's actually quite easy to claim to be the Messiah. All you have to do is be smart, help people, condemn evil, and be carismatic. Do you think it is possible that these things were fabricated to keep people from trying to claim to be the Messiah?

The Romans would have done it to quell a possible Jew uprising.

The Jews would have done to quell a possible Renegade uprising.

The Apostles would have done it because the Jesus campaign was their bread and butter.

The average modern Christian would do it because THEY want to be the ones that are right and heavenbound....

Do you at least aknowledge a possibility??

I am not sure....Never thought about that really..I suppose some lower minded fools will think that, but I'd need some more proof. And make sure that they didn't do anything bad meaning they don't have a: crazy record, jail record, no fights, good grades in school etc, but in now-a-day times I don't believe anyone would consider to give a messiah that much thought. Meaning they wouldn't know who the messiah could be unless they did something inexplicable.

No, but it is possible that these things were fabricated so that we would all try to live perfect life's.....because if everyone in the world honestly thought they were going to hell for doing bad things or not living by the word of god then there really wouldn't be any hate or crime in the world.....so why not try to fabricate something to try to make EVERYONE perfect?

Not only do you haf to be smart but you also haf to be able to raise the dead and you would actuallyhaf to be able to come back as well and walk the dessert for 7 days and 7 nights without food nor water, and give your life for all man kind before comming back to life be able to forgive people that almost killed you ,and the list goes on.So you see it's not that easy ,and he was and is perfect in my eyes, you see any one who can go through all this for me, for you for sinners to be exact is alright with me.

You're putting too much thought into this. It's no wonder religion has gotten totally out of hand.
